JET Pythons strives to make every transaction as flawless as possible. Please review our terms and conditions before making your purchase. Should you have any questions or concerns, please email us.



The Basics:

All animals will be honestly and accurately represented. They will be 100% healthy, properly sexed and feeding prior to shipment. Please be advised that shipping can cause some animals to temporarily go off feed this is normal – if proper husbandry is maintained the animal will resume their normal feeding schedule.

If there is a problem with the animal upon arrival customer must immediately notify us to remedy the situation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the proper care and husbandry of the purchased animal. JET Pythons will happily answer any questions in this regard – but are not responsible for the customer’s husbandry or lack of knowledge.

We don’t encourage buyers remorse but we will accept any animal back if you notify us within 24 hours should you not be happy with your purchase. The customer will be responsible for properly caring for the animal until it is returned, as well as properly packaging and shipping the animal and return shipping costs. Customer will be notified of receipt of animal and the animal will spend a few days in quarantine until we are satisfied it is in good health prior to refunding the customers payment.

You are required to know your local laws regarding the animals you purchase.


Payments:

All animals must be paid for prior to shipping.

We accept and prefer payments through Paypal. We also accept postal money orders, and personal checks (which must clear the bank prior to shipment).

Short-term payment plans are available on a case by case basis. A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold an animal. If you are unable to make a payment or payoff your animal in the arranged timeframe you must let me know ASAP - I am fairly flexible as long as you keep the communication lines open.

Shipping:

Live arrival is 100% guaranteed.

I ship Monday through Wednesday – this is to insure that in the event an animal is misdirected it doesn't have to spend more days than necessary sitting at the Fed Ex center.

All animals will be shipped Federal Express Priority Overnight. You must be home to receive your package or have it shipped to a Fed Ex pick up location. Any packages not signed for, left on doorsteps or otherwise not delivered into the hands of the recipient - the guarantee will no longer apply.  Issues resulting from carrier error will be handled on a case by case basis.

I will not ship an animal if the temperatures anywhere along the shipping route are over 90 degrees or under 40 degrees. 

All animals will be appropriately packaged and shipped in Styrofoam lined boxes. There will be plenty of cushioning to ensure a smooth ride, heat or cool packs where necessary will be included. Packages will be appropriately labeled in accordance to the Lacy Act.

Shipping costs will be calculated depending on your order.
